I am a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution & Litigation team at Bates Wells. I assist both for-profit and not-for-profit organisations with a range of contentious matters, including contract disputes, IP disputes, governance disputes, Equality Act claims and membership disputes.
- Advised an international NGO in relation to their intervention into a leading Equality Act case
- Acted on a series of copyright infringement claims in the Intellectual Property and Enterprise Court against commercial venues for accessing and sharing content without the appropriate commercial licence
- Assisted in complex litigation including in a multi-claimant High Court litigation for loss of earnings and breach of contract.
