I am a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution & Litigation team at Bates Wells. I assist both for-profit and not-for-profit organisations with a range of contentious matters, including contract disputes, governance disputes, charity legacy disputes, disputes arising from the Equality Act and IP disputes. I have completed secondments at major UK charities, building up my first-hand knowledge of the sector. I am a volunteer legal advisor at the Tower Hamlets Law Centre.
- I acted in multinational litigation related to alleged human rights abuses in corporate supply chain.
- I advised in relation to a judicial review relating to humanitarian protection resulting in a three-day Administrative Court hearing.
- I drafted sections of three agreements for a pro bono carbon credits project that was later shortlisted for the Sustainable Impact Award at the British Legal Awards 2025.
- I produced client-tailored advice for multinational companies on ESG queries ranging from the EU Omnibus Directive to directors’ liability for environmental damage.
