I advise businesses, senior professionals and high-net-worth individuals on UK immigration strategy, with a focus on complex, business-critical issues. From recruiting and relocating senior leaders to navigating sponsor licence compliance during restructures, I deliver clear, pragmatic solutions tailored to each client’s needs. I also support agents on cast and crew mobility and facilitate business travel for C-suite executives and family offices.
I have particular expertise in the entertainment sector, regularly securing global talent visas, paid permitted engagement visas and a wide range of other immigration permissions for artists, actors, musicians, directors and television personalities, as well as their teams and families.
My practice is centred on sponsor licence matters, the post-Brexit immigration landscape and the impact of the UK’s ‘hostile environment’ policies. I conduct detailed immigration audits and have extensive experience advising on sponsor licence suspensions and successful reinstatements.
Working closely with colleagues across Bates Wells, I provide seamless, cross-disciplinary support to ensure clients receive a fully integrated service.
I also share insights through training and speaking engagements in the UK and internationally, and contribute commentary on business immigration developments to the media.
