Our Equity Pay Report

We believe in creating a workplace that is fair, inclusive and allows our people to reach their full potential. We understand that to do this we need metrics, and our Equity Pay Report gives us an analysis of our pay gap data.

More about our Equity Pay Report

As a purpose driven business, transparency is fundamental and our Equity Pay Report is an opportunity to communicate our progress and review the impact of our actions so far.

This year, we have placed greater emphasis on examining trends over the past five years, as we believe they provide a more meaningful perspective on our progress (rather than year on year comparisons) and highlight areas where further efforts are needed. We have also included our latest demographic details. For the first time, we have gone even further beyond our statutory requirements and expanded our reporting to not only include ethnicity, but disability, LGBT+, and social mobility pay gaps.

By holding ourselves accountable through this reporting, we can really focus on driving positive change.

You can read the report in full below.

As a limited liability partnership, our members (the partners) are not employees and cannot be included in our statutory gender pay gap or ethnicity statistics. However, for transparency we have detailed our partner remuneration gaps for both gender and ethnicity.
