I am an experienced paralegal working in the Charity and Social Enterprise department here at Bates Wells.
I work across the full spectrum of company and charity establishment processes within the charity, social enterprise and not-for-profit space.
I sit within the Impact Finance team in our department, and I also work across a wide range of corporate finance transactions. I regularly support our team on corporate financing deals- covering the drafting of ancillary documents and corporate authorisations and assisting with the transaction management process at each stage.
