- Assisted a large private healthcare company following a Home Office investigation triggered by HMRC data-sharing, including auditing sponsor systems to help safeguard the immigration status of hundreds of sponsored workers and their families.
- Assisted an Olympic boxer with an application for UK immigration permission, enabling them to train and compete in the UK.
- Advised clients in the medical and dental sectors on meeting the sponsorship requirements for Health and Care roles under the Skilled Worker route.
- Supported a luthier in obtaining a sponsor licence for a newly established UK business, including advice on the complex provisions relating to ‘self-sponsorship’.
- Advised an international DJ on entering the UK as a visitor to attend an event, ensuring their planned activities remained within those permitted under the Immigration Rules.
