Experience

I am an Immigration Paralegal at Bates Wells, supporting clients on both business and personal immigration matters.

My work includes complex individual matters, such as family, settlement and nationality applications, alongside a strong focus on business immigration.

I regularly assist employers with sponsor licence applications, Skilled Worker route applications and ongoing sponsor compliance. I help businesses navigate the UK immigration system by advising on sponsor duties, implementing robust systems and processes to support compliant sponsorship of overseas workers, and on ongoing changes in UK immigration law.
