I am a Solicitor in the Charity and Social Enterprise team at Bates Wells. I advise charities, not-for-profits, and mission-driven businesses on a range of legal matters including governance, structuring, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts. I have an interest in Impact Finance and supporting investors, charities and businesses seeking to have a positive impact.
I trained at Bates Wells, gaining experience in Charity & Social Enterprise, Corporate & Commercial, Real Estate, and Dispute Resolution. Prior to joining Bates Wells, I worked at Leigh Day in International Group Claims & Business Human Rights and Bevan Brittan in Public and Regulatory Litigation.
