I have experience working on charity registration, incorporation, regulatory engagement and governance matters, in addition to other impact-focused instructions. My work has also focused on assisting with corporate, commercial and banking matters, including impact focused investments, corporate restructures and commercial arrangements.
Before joining Bates Wells, I worked as an in-house paralegal assisting on Tech & Payments, Corporate Services & Brand Experience, IP, Trade Marks & Brand Protection matters.
