I am a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution & Litigation team at Bates Wells. I assist both for-profit and not-for-profit organisations on a range of contentious matters, including contractual disputes, governance disputes, charity legacy disputes, disputes arising from the Equality Act and IP disputes.
Prior to qualification, I completed secondments at major UK charities, building up my first-hand knowledge of the sector. During my training contract, I worked on complex multinational litigation, including a dispute concerning alleged human rights abuses in a corporate supply chain. I also supported legal counsel on a judicial review relating to refugee family reunion policy and advised charities and multinational companies on a range of ESG-related issues.
