I am a solicitor in the Employment team at Bates Wells. I advise both employers and employees on a range of contentious and non-contentious issues including in relation to discrimination, employment status, whistleblowing, termination and settlement, TUPE, and day-to-day employment law queries.

Prior to joining Bates Wells as a trainee solicitor, I was a paralegal managing my own caseload of Employment Tribunal claims.

  • Acting for a large charity in several Employment Tribunal claims, including in relation to unfair dismissal and discrimination.
  • Advising a professional services firm in relation to a restructure, involving collective and individual consultation processes.
  • Acting for an employee in an Employment Tribunal claim of whistleblowing.
  • Advising employers and employees on agreed exits and settlement agreements to avoid the need for litigation.
