Emma has over 10 years’ learning and development experience at top tier law and IP firms, doing a variety of coaching and training delivery for fee earners and business services as well as reviewing and refining the overall skills development training delivered for each firm.
Emma joined Bates Wells to lead the firm’s Learning & Development in summer 2025. She is a qualified coach and is accredited to administer and work with PPA (DISC) psychometric assessments and which enables her to better support when sourcing or delivering group or 1:1 solutions.
