Experience

I am an associate in the Public & Regulatory Law team. I act for public bodies, regulators, professional membership bodies, commercial organisations and private individuals in relation to a wide variety of public law issues such as challenging or defending public decisions by judicial review or statutory appeal, review of complaints processes and procedures, equalities and discrimination, and participation in inquests or public inquiries. I have previous experience of advising a large healthcare regulator on its fitness to practice regime, including defending statutory appeals against sanction and providing an advice clinic to case managers on evidential issues. I have advised clients across the health and social care, education and real estate sectors.
