I am a Paralegal in the Real Estate team assisting on a wide range of transactional and contentious matters such as commercial leases (charities and commercial clients), property financing and real estate disputes. As part of my role at Bates Wells, I also deal with the post completion aspect of the transaction by dealing with Land Registry applications, SDLT calculations and drafting as well as registration of charges at Companies House in a timely manner.
Prior to joining Bates Wells, I gained extensive Land Registry experience managing complex applications for residential new build purchases and commercial leases from the beginning to end. At my previous firm, I was the Post Completion Ambassador for the Commercial Property firm bridging and fostering a collaborative relationship between the teams.
