Experience

I am a Senior Associate in the commercial team, and specialise in advising clients on intellectual property, technology and commercial contracts. I work with a range of clients in the technology sector, including tech start-ups and household technology brands. I also work with a wide range of charities and SMEs on commercial contracts and IT outsourcing arrangements.

I have particular expertise in advising on EdTech and MedTech, on contracting for sustainable supply chains, and advising clients on the ever-changing legal requirements and landscape surrounding AI and ethical AI.

I enjoy speaking opportunities and regularly participate in both internal and external events. Recent slots include speaking at the BETT/London & Partners event focused on the London EdTech ecosystem, and an event during London EdTech week to discuss EdTech’s entering the UK market and what they should consider.
