- I have assisted a variety of clients on a range of topics including assessments of the applicability of the GDPR, data sharing and data processing agreements, international data transfers, data protection policies, privacy notices and other documentation.
- I have assisted on complex and highly sensitive matters concerning data subject rights requests and have experience acting for requestors and organisations.
- Advised a leading UK charity on its international data sharing of sensitive data with its overseas bases. This required a network of data sharing agreements and transfer risk assessments (including human rights research).
- Assisted clients to undertake internal investigations in compliance with UK data protection laws.
- Delivered client training on data subject access requests and the processing of personal data in investigations.
