Experience

I am a solicitor in the Charity and Social Enterprise team. I previously trained with Bates Wells and prior to this worked as a paralegal at a military legal charity. I advise charities, not-for-profits and mission oriented businesses on a range of legal issues including structuring, establishment, incorporation, governance, conversions and general charity and commercial law matters.

Additionally, I take an active role in various diversity and inclusion matters within the firm, including my role as an ambassador for our disability and carers network and in organising an event for Holocaust Memorial Day each year.
