I am currently a final seat trainee in the Charity & Social Enterprise Department.

I assist the team with advising on a range of matters including, for example, incorporating new entities, applications to the Charity Commission to register new charities, amending governing documents, general governance queries, and filing relevant documents with Companies House and the Charity Commission.

Since commencing my training contract in August 2019, I have assisted Bates Wells’ Employment, Corporate, Commercial & Banking and Dispute Resolution teams.

    I assisted with the sale of an economics consultancy and climate analytics platform to McKinsey & Company

    I assisted with successfully defending a race discrimination, victimisation and harassment claim against a large household-name charity during a six-day trial in the Employment Tribunal
