I joined the Employment Team at Bates Wells in December 2019.

As a paralegal within the team, my responsibilities are varied. I assist on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. I am regularly involved in Employment Tribunal Claims, Data Subject Access Requests, and complex legal research tasks.

  • Assisted in advising a national charity on its vaccination policy and the discriminatory implications of compulsory vaccinations.
