- Provide you with a questionnaire, which includes a copy of the Charity Commission’s self-assessment checklist for charities which have a connection to a non-charity;
- Review your completed questionnaire and any additional information and documents that you prepare, and discuss with you your current arrangements and future plans for the corporate foundation;
- Following the review and discussion, we will prepare a bespoke Action Plan. This will comment on your current arrangements, identify any weakness in your current compliance with best practice and provide a route map towards compliance (including cost estimates for any further assistance that we could provide to help implement the Action Plan).
