The Renters’ Rights Act has caused a fundamental shift in the private rented sector and has changed how landlords can operate. Whilst the Act has received royal assent, the regime is being rolled out in stages, with the confirmation a Private Rented Sector Database launching in December 2026, creating further compliance requirements for landlords.
To support with this transition, we are offering a fixed fee option to clients to review residential tenancies in line with new legal obligations. Our team will be able to assess whether your tenancy agreement and supporting documentation are fit for purpose, pinpoint any changes needed, and help ensure you’re ready to register your properties when the new regime takes effect.
What does the tenancy review include?
Once you have submitted your documents to us, one of our team will be in touch to do the necessary client checks and agree a timeframe for delivery. They will review your tenancy in full, proving a report on required changes to comply with new legislation and highlighting other key recommendations to future proof your documentation.
Please note the fee will only cover the review and providing a report on recommended changes, and will not include the changes themselves.
