From the 26 October 2024, employers are under a new, proactive duty to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. The new law requires employers not only to tackle instances of sexual harassment, but to anticipate scenarios of risk, and to recognise particular workplace situations that are likely to be problematic.

This particularly impacts managers, who will not only need to know how to recognise sexual harassment when they witness, experience or hear about it, but also how to pre-empt it.

Our bespoke training tool will guide them through the new duty in practice. It will explore what it means for their role and specific steps they can take to reduce the risk of sexual harassment in your business by working through a range of practical management scenarios.

Once purchased, for a one-off cost of £365 plus VAT, this online training product is yours to keep, to share with managers across your organisation and to implement into your onboarding training as needed.
