I provide a wide range of advice to charities and social enterprises on commercial, charity and company law matters. I am particularly interested in charities and social enterprises working in the health and social care field, being a trustee of such a charity and a member of Bates Wells’ cross-departmental Health and Social Care group.
I specialise in advising on fundraising law including commercial participation, professional fundraising, corporate sponsorship and challenge events and regularly provides training in this area. I also enjoy transactional work such as incorporations and mergers and advising on funding agreements.
