EdTech

We support the entrepreneurs transforming education.

Virtual reality history lessons, online homework and maths games for mobiles: EdTech innovations are transforming how we teach and learn.

How we help

We have the specialist experience to help you thrive in this fast-growing sector. We’ve advised EdTech clients on everything from commercial contracts to intellectual property. We’ve worked with many EdTech businesses and not-for-profits. Some of us are also governors of schools and non-executive directors of education companies.

We don’t just know EdTech, though. We work in the wider technology and education sectors – and we use what we’ve learnt with all our clients to anticipate and manage your risks. And when things do look like they might run into trouble, we help prevent and resolve disputes in a sensitive and pragmatic way.

Recent work includes:

  • Advised an Australian EdTech provider on their launch into the UK, including on their terms and conditions and providing strategic advice on launching their products in the UK. This client has since gone from strength to strength and is making a real impact on the wellness resources available to schools.
  • Advised one of our long-standing clients on their tender for a major online English language teaching program. Our client’s tender was successful and they are now one of the go-to resources for IELTS preparation”.
